• At Art of Staging, we start by assessing what you already have and decide what items you need to update and to transform your home into a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and comfort (redesign). 

• This 2 and a half hour consultation includes a detailed redesign report/ checklist and shopping list of everything that needs to be done to get a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style.  Up to two and a half hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate.

Paint Color Consultation

2 Hour, in home, walk through

Choosing the right paint color is not easy.  Don't make a color mistake!  Let a Certified Color Expert (CCE) guide you to make the right choice before you commit to painting your home.

• Starting with our CCE 6-Step Color Read Process for a Color Perfect Home assessment, to determine the best paint color palette that will work with your furnishings and home style

• Includes color selection for up to 4 rooms.

DYI Stage Consultation

2 1/2 Hour intensive virtual consultation and detailed report

$250 

A 2and 1/2 hour in home stage consultation. For the DIY person who wants a step by step guide.

• We will do a walk through of your home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers

• We specialize in using what you already have to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for (home staging).
